My life sized hand sculpted babies ABC dolls Co

Over ten years ago, I created life sized hand sculpted infants in polymer clay. They are called One of a Kind's as unless they were made into vinyl or silicone, they were a unique baby that only one was made of.

 I did have four created in silicone and one created in vinyl.  I enjoyed this hobby for a season but paper crafts came back to me and soon took back over. 

 I don't own any of my own OOAK'S, but I do have some of my silicones and  copy of my vinyl, Trista. 

  This is Trista. This is her sculpted version. I don't have her made up yet in vinyl. I just have her parts.  

   

Here are some photo's of other babies that I don't remember their names of. But they were all sold as OOAK'S.

All of these babies are life sized newborns or preemies.

Kandi Kid Ginger

Markers: Distress Ink Pens, Gel pen, Chalks, White Kirarina pearl Wink Glitter Pen, White Acrylic Paint

Accessories: Lawn Fawn rectangle stitched dies. 

Msc. 3 D tape, Yes Acid free Paste to glue it all together, 

, Liquid glass, Ribbon from my stash, White glitter

Technique: I first colored with Distress in pens and added white dots to make the stars in the sky.

Everything is layered with chip board.

I cut out Kandi Kid Ginger and affixed him to the front with 3D tape. Same with the sentiment.

Zeke's Elephant

I created this elephant for a competition.  He was fun to color up. Especially his eyes.

I gave him to my daughter upon the birth of our fifth grand son Zeke Hand.

I didn't know that she had also decorated his room in elephants. 

I did change the bow to a blue one for Zeke.  I am happy that he has the best home with little Zeke.

  , punch cut leaves on homemade paper bag paper that is distressed.

  
  

  
  

  
  

  Technique: I first colored with Distress in pens and added white dots to the flowers in the front. I used chalks for the background. 

  The wood was fun to do on the fence as I added design to it with several different colors.

  Then I glued on three maple leaves that were punched out on handmade distressed paper and look quite real. 

  Everything is layered with chip board.

  At last I added white dots to the front flowers with a Kirarina white pearl pen and brown dots to the words with a distress marker.

  Markers: Water color pens, Distress inks, Polychromo's colored pencils, Tombow Colored pencils, White Acrylic paint, Liquid Glass by Close to my heart, Pastels. Wax sealer/Judikins MicroGlaze.
  
  
  Accessories:
  Msc. 3 D tape, Yes Acid free Paste to glue it all together, 
  Cross stitch floss for the tassel. 
  My Favorite Things Stitched Die oval.
  
  
  Technique: I first colored with water color pens and mediums and as a mixed media artist, I used pencils and a black pen to add additional details. 
  I used pastels on a rag to make the background.
  Then I glazed the eyes on the helmet, boy and spider with the liquid glass. 
  Last I sealed the whole picture with a wax paste. Judikins MicroGlaze
  
  
  
  
  I glued the design onto a cut piece of cardstock cut with My Favorite Things Stitched Die. I sandwiched the tag paper with a piece of chipboard from a cereal box, using Yes Paste. That paste will not wet the paper, so no buckling.
  I added distress ink to the tag edges. Then I affixed the image on the tag with 3D tape.
  I put it all together and added the word sentiment to the front of the tag that was cut out with deco scissors and edged with distress ink.
  I added the tassel with cross stitch floss to the punched out hole.
  The back of this tag could have all the details of where the party is and when etc.
