Kingfisher bird

I love birds. I love colorful birds especially. I thought I would do a series on colorful birds.
This ornament was a practice run and not forsale.
He is a Kingfischer bird.  I think he came out pretty awesome.
I drew him first and then printed in faded ink so I could color him without black lines.
It is called No-lines technique.
Then I water colored his base colors and then used pastel pencils to do his details.

I then sealed him with a wax sealer and then used Copics to give him some shadows and depth.

It was not so much like stamping, as real art work.
He will hang proudly on my Christmas tree this year. :)

Christmas Robins

Yup, it is approaching that time of year again. I love making ornaments. These are all going to be forsale.
I created it with a die and watercolor paper. I used distress inks and chalks to color up. Then I created the back for each ornament.
I laminated, cut out and added the ribbon.  They are so stinking cute!!

What the back looks like. :) It is double sided laminate so sealed for life.

Hedgehogs Surprise!

Aren't these just the cutest little things?  I can almost imagine them speaking to one another.

I created them with alcohol pens, chalks and liquid glass. Card stock was cut with Lawnfawn dies.
This will be a Magnetic Message.

Happy Harvest

YES! Harvest is coming!  This is Izzy's Strol from Di's Digi Stamps. She is just a little darling and one of my favorite designs of Di's.
I colored her up for FALL which will be coming up soon. It is actually my favorite time of the year.

Izzy is done up in distress paints and chalks, with pearl paint for accents.
She was cut with Lawn Fawn Dies and the outer die is a Sizzex die.
She will be available as a Magnetic Message.

Love Frogs

I would love to title it. It is such a cute image. Love Frogs. :)
It was a blast to color up.
I used watercolor mediums and colored pencils, gel pens and chalks.

This is also going to be included in a new line that I am starting up, titled "Magnetic Messages".

These cards are not really cards. Each is very heavy and solid because I have used chip board in each one of them.

They can be a magnet, hanging art or easel art. Buyer's choice. I can also type a message from the sender and affix to the back.

I can send these directly from my house to whom ever you want to send them to, or I can send to you and you can mail out. However these are very heavy cards and will ship in bubble wrap envelopes at package rate shipping prices.
They will range in prices from 10.00 to 20.00 depending on the amount of work and material I put into one.  Plus shipping.

I am excited about this new line as these are not simple cards that someone will want  to store away or maybe even toss, lol. These are art pieces that can be displayed permanent on your fridge, dresser, wall or Christmas tree.

Each section of each card is reinforced with the chip board and won't bend. I use a special glue so that they are affixed permanently and will not warp.

Each piece will have a message on the front and room on the back for a personal message to your receiver.

They will be shipped with protection so that they will not be harmed as many of them will have lots of decorative pieces on the front of them.

Agape Creations presents Magnetic Messages. Watch for them. They will soon be forsale. I am especially excited about creating a Christmas line of ornament messages.

Here is a sample of what the magnet would look like, but you can chose magnet or hanging loop or an easel.

Parasol Mice

My card is done with Parasol Mice.

My parasol mice were colored in alcohol inks monochromatic greys and I used a black colored pencil to outline them.
This card is made sturdy to be one of the new Agape Creations Magnetic Messages.
